Construction workers are on the field despite the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy for workers not to work outdoors between the hours of 11.00 am and 5.00 pm.
The video sent by a citizen journalist shows a construction worker who is carrying out his job in the center of Skopje despite the high temperatures.
