EU Ambassador Samuel Žbogar opened CIVIL FEST, a multimedia two-day event on the occasion of International Human Rights Day. Žbogar welcomed the initiative and congratulated CIVIL on the excellent work and the contribution to human rights in the country. In his speech he concluded that there are positive changes in the country, but that there are still many challenges.
CIVIL FEST is a manifestation in the framework of the “Civic Lenses” project, financed by National Endowment for Democracy.
