Only the new pay tolls are finished from the new highway Skopje – Kumanovo, which was supposed to be put into function June last year.
Hence, the question arises: is the money that will be charged at the new pay toll a priority, or, putting the new highway finally into function, where, especially in the summer time, kilometer-long lines of vehicles are created?
For more than a year now, only one lane is used when driving that route. According to the Agency for State Roads, obtaining a construction permit is the reason for the delay.
