EMPLOYEE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE WAS NOT AT THE PROTEST AGAINST THE LAW ON LANGUAGES!

In regards to the published text of citizen journalist Denis Jankulovski titled “Employee of Emergency medical service at a protest against bilingualism”, we would like to inform you of the following:

The public healthcare institution Health Center Skopje-Skopje, has not made a public procurement of red uniforms for the employees in the Emergency medical service in the past ten years, nor have they ever had red colored work uniforms.

The red uniforms that part of the staff have, have been bought personally or taken from the Red Cross, and they do not have the number 194 written on them.

We have information that employees of the Emergency medical service from Veles and Stip have red uniforms, which are either received as sponsorship, or have been procured from their healthcare institution, and we have no knowledge on whether the number 194 is written on them.

In addition to Veles and Stip, the employees of the Emergency medical service from Strumica officially also had red uniforms.

With this information we would like to deny any such connection of an employee of the Emergency medical service – Skopje and his presence at the protest in front of the Parliament building against the law on the use of languages.

We ask that you please publish this denial.
