The sidewalks for the blind have been torn up again. The photo was sent to us by citizen journalist Nikola Pisarev, taken after the protests of the initiative “For a Joint Macedonia”.
Such attitude towards the blind fellow citizens is a disgrace and a sin, writes Pisarev.
