Last night, a dozen jackets appeared hanging on the trees in the park in the Skopje neighbourhood of Cair, with a message on them: “Take it if you are cold”.
As citizen journalist Beher Memishi says, this is a gesture of humane citizens donating their used clothes for those who need them the most.
