MOI with reinforced controls is protecting young people from persecutors

Yesterday at around 6.00 pm, several policemen patrolled the Skopje Intercity Bus Station, probably as a prevention, so as there are no incidents between high school students, wrote a citizen journalist wanting to remain anonymous in a message that was sent to CIVIL media along with a photo.

Just a few days ago, CIVIL Media journalist Dehran Muratov in his column dedicated to the problems and fights among high school students, wrote the following: “The MOI needs to work seriously and be committed to the safety and freedom of the young people. Perhaps there should be police patrols at the Bus Station every day, usually during the period when young people go to and come back from school, around 12.00 – 1.00 pm and 6.00 – 7.00 pm”…

CIVIL welcomes the swift reaction made by the MOI and the attempt for them to prevent persecutors from harassing young people of Skopje.
